Hello, my name is Stephanie. My husband Seth and I began eating a grain, sugar, and legume-free diet in June 2010. We were amazed at how much better we felt immediately. What began as an experiment in nutrition has now become our way of life. We love to cook and find the challenge of creating recipes that fit within the Primal/Paleo diet really fun.
