Crab & Avocado Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette

Chicken & Mushroom Soup

This soup could be enjoyed in any season, as it is not too heavy and not too light.  The soup is partially pureed, which gives it a lovely foundation of earthy mushroom flavor, which is brightened with a hint of sherry. We found ourselves back at the pot for seconds even though we were full. This recipe makes a fairly large amount, as we prefer to have lots of left-overs for lunches. Continue reading
